Snooze an Email

Spark Classic allows you to snooze an email to make it appear as “new” in your inbox at a specific time. This feature is helpful when you can’t answer an important email immediately and want to get a reminder about it later.

Snoozing works across all your devices. Make sure you 're logged into the same email for sync on both of your devices. Learn more about the sync option in Spark.

Create a snooze

1. Open an email and click the Snooze icon  on the top toolbar.
2. Tick Alert to receive a notification about the snoozed email.
3. Select the time you want the email to appear in your inbox. Note: The Someday option means an email won’t return to your inbox at any specific time, but it is available in the Snoozed folder.
4. To set the time and date manually, click Pick date. Choose the needed time and click Snooze.

Edit or delete a snooze

1. Open the Snoozed folder on the sidebar. Here, you can access all snoozed emails which haven’t returned to your inbox. If you don’t see this folder, click More on the sidebar and choose Snoozed. To keep this folder on the sidebar, open Spark > Settings > Folders and tick Snoozed.
2. To change the snooze time of your email, open it, click the Snooze icon  on the top toolbar and select a different time.
3. If you want to cancel the snooze and return the email back to your inbox, click Discard Snooze.

Customize the snooze options

1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
2. Open Settings > Scheduling.
3. Click Snoozes on the left. This menu allows you to decide when you want to receive snoozed emails.
4. Tick the options you wish to see while snoozing an email and select the time.
5. Tick Notify me to receive push notifications about snoozed emails in your inbox.

Alternatively, you can adjust these options by clicking   when you snooze an email.
