    How to Clean Install Spark for Mac

    The clean install clears all your preferences and removes all accounts added to Spark Classic.

    Follow these steps to perform a clean install:

    1. Open Finder and hold the alt button.
    2. On the top menu bar, select Go > Library.
    3. Open the Group Containers folder.
    4. Find and select the folder 3L68KQB4HG.group.com.readdle.smartemail.
      If you use the beta version of Spark, select the folder 3L68KQB4HG.group.com.readdle.beta.Spark-Mac.
    5. Right-click on the folder and select Move to Trash.
    6. Restart Spark.
    7. Log into Spark and connect your accounts.
