There is no option in Spark to change the advanced settings for an email account you added manually. These settings include server, ports, and type of protection. You or your network administrator can change them on the web page of your email server.
If the advanced settings have changed and you are experiencing issues with this account in Spark, please follow the steps below.
First, remove this account from Spark:
Note: Removing your account from Spark won’t delete your emails as they are saved on the email server of your provider.
Add this account again with the new settings:
